Cherry Cheese Pie

Preparation
Mix crumbs and butter or margarine. Press on bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie pan, building up edge or crust about 1/4 inch above rim. Sprinkle nuts on bottom. Chill. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, milk and vanilla with electric mixer at low speed until fluffy. Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture. Spread over nuts. Pour cherry pie filling carefully over top. Chill overnight or until firm.
