The weather has brought snow, ice, and cold to most of the United States. States that normally wouldn’t experience cold weather are, and for some, it is a little inconvenient. In Texas, for example, school has been out all week, people haven’t been able to make it in to their jobs and offices, and stores, restaurants, and streets that would normally be crowded to overflowing with holiday shoppers are practically deserted.
The weather outside is frightful, and my dear, it is so delightful, the weather outside is cold, so let it look an awful lot like snow! OK, so it is not really snow. It is a couple inches of solid ice that is white and looks powdery, but we aren’t outside making snowballs out of them! We are staying inside because it is pure ice!!!

Something amazing happened today. Maybe it was a miracle, or divine intervention, destiny, or perhaps simple chance. Some may think it ordinary, yet I believe it was extraordinary! The woman who was making the sandwich was taking her sweet time being slower than molasses. Her inconsideration of my time making me a little grumpy.
