3 The OaksThe Oaks at MD Resort allows us to host ceremonies for up to 300 guests, and reception for up to 400 guests. The new complex will not take away from the charm of the existing Bed and Breakfast, but will add opportunities. With these new buildings, our couples will have the flexibility to design a customized, one-of-a-kind wedding.

Rental includes: 14 hour rental designed as follows:  9:00 A.M. arrival for set up and time to get ready, 1 hour ceremony and photos, 4 hour reception, 1 hour cleanup.
