The Ranch House is just like "home away from home". It feels like a large cabin nestled in the trees. Enjoy this sprawling four bedroom, 2-1/2 bath brick home with living room, dining room, a full country kitchen (stocked with cooking and baking utensils, and serving pieces), and a very large family room (called the Sun Room). This accommodation gives your family quiet seclusion, independence to create your own family meals (or we are happy to cater), and the opportunity to spend that much-needed time together as a family. The Ranch House offers a beautifully treed yard, large patio, picnic table and quiet privacy. Just a short walk to the horse shoe pit, swimming pool and volleyball.

Additional lodging is available.
Over 20 overnight guest in Ranch House add $20.00 per person, per night. Add $10 per day for guests that just want to come for the day. If you have more than 20 overnight guests, we do have more lodging nearby.
P.S. MD Resort was originally designed with Family Reunions in mind and is Texas Premier Reunion Facility. Imagine the fun you will have in our private country setting where you can truly enjoy each other and just relax!
