This Ranch house has a private Home with a full kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 2 ½ baths, dining room, family room, sun room, Patio and outdoor grill. 3 twin beds, 2 queen bed, 3 Queen futons, two twin futons, two bunk beds with full down and twin up. This Home has lots of privacy and you could sleep more people in sleeping bags or on air mattress. If two to a full bed the Ranch house sleeps 23.

*Price is for 1-6 people per night and a minimum two night stay. If staying only one night, add a $150 cleaning fee. For over 6 people, add $20pp. Attached meeting room is available for $100 per night.
