All room rates are based on single or double occupancy. Add $35 per night for each additional person.

Hotel tax must be added to your bill, just like any hotel.

Holiday and event monies are non-refundable.

A clean up fee is required on all events and for some room reservations.

If there is any damage or excessive cleaning this will automatically be billed to your credit card.

Reserving more than one room is considered an event even if event payment is split among different guests.

No refunds for rescheduling, as it is considered a cancellation according to the original reservation date, and a rebooking fee will apply. All monies/reservations expire one year from original booking date.

A full, home cooked breakfast is included for all overnight Bed & Breakfast guests (excluding the Bunk House and Ranch House). All other guests may join us with an advanced reservation at $8 per person.

Lodging guests - full payment is required with reservation. Cancellations (non-event or holiday) 14 days in advance or more, are refundable, less a 20% cancellation fee. Within 14 days of your scheduled stay, cancellations are non-refundable.

No refunds due to inclement weather.
In room dinners, massage, picnic baskets, and other special things require advance reservations.

20% gratuity will be added to all meal prices.

Laundry room is available for those who need it, subject to availability.

Lodge kitchen is not available for guests. If you need kitchen facilities, please rent one of our units with a kitchen.

The swimming pool is available for all of our overnight guests & possibly for events (it may be crowded if there is an event).

ALL FACILITIES ARE NON-SMOKING. Private porches attached to rooms are non smoking. Smoking is allowed outside in designated areas only!

Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.

It's a good idea to bring flashlights, and remember your swim suit. We need at least four hours notice to warm the hot tub (hot tub and pool are open when in season and weather permitting).
MD Resort has a two-night minimum on Texas Motor Speedway weekends and some holidays.
